In order to keep our staff and clients safe, we have implemented measures based on the guidelines set out by the NZ Ministry of Health. Please be respectful towards our staff who are doing their best to abide by these measures.

Our requirements for entry are:

• Wearing a well-fitting face mask over your nose and mouth.

Hand sanitizer is provided at the entrance way which you are encouraged to use, and we regularly clean our common areas.

Contactless pick-ups are available as well as contactless consultations for un-vaccinated individuals although these may incur additional charges.

Despite these measures, we are not able to mitigate all risk and so we ask to please make sure that if you are feeling unwell or have any Covid-19 symptoms that you do not enter our clinic and instead call for advice on 09 446 1155. This will allow us to continue to serve the people and animals we love dearly in the midst of this pandemic.
